Hi, I claimed ppi through my bank for a protection cover Sentinel. I was missold it when I took out a credit card with the Bank of Scotland. The bank sent me out forms for me to fill in and to state the reasons why I thought I was missold this which I did and they said I would hear back in December 2015 as I sent my forms back in October 2015 but I still haven't heard anything.
