Ulster bank charges and packaged account fees

I was able to go online and get statements from May 2009 to current day. I'm going to highlight the charges and send them off - 70 pages worth!
What is the story with any charges that have already been refunded? Do I need to take that into account or is that up to the bank?
I also want to reclaim charges for my packaged account so would I need to do that in a separate claim? Is Resolver any good? I had a look at it and it didn't have ulster bank.

That is a waste of time and unnecessary. Banks know what they have charged you. They dont need you to send them statements.
Also, 7 years is way past the normal point of consideration for financial hardship apart from extreme hardship cases. Most banks, where you meet the hardship criteria, only consider the last 6-12 months worth. You ignore them.I also want to reclaim charges for my packaged account so would I need to do that in a separate claim?
You can add it to your complaint letter but it is a different complaint. One assumes, as you dont say and noting that you cant reclaim bank charges anymore, that you have two issues. The banks won the court case on "unfair" charges in 2009. It died a death after that. Only current financial hardship goodwill gestures and incorrect application of charges are the only area where it happens now.
Packaged accounts have a potential issue if they were mis-soldI am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only.
