Washing machine compensation

Hello, the glass panel on the drum to our Beko washing machine recently exploded. Thankfully, the glass went inside the machine. Beko has decided to replace the machine, which is good news. The company has, however, instructed us not to touch anything inside the machine. We are still in the process of arranging for a new machine to be delivered, but Beko is not accepting the issue of soiled/destroyed clothing inside the machine, which has lay dormant for well over a week now. There are work clothes etc, which are now ruined as a result of the glass damage. What recourse do I have to claim for the damaged clothing?

Can you not carefully remove the glass and then wash them in your new machine?
How old are the clothes and aprox value when new?0 -

Did you buy directly from Beko?
If you didn't buy from Beko, and if their warranty does not cover the damaged clothes, then Beko are within their rights to deny responsibility for them.
Depending on when you bought the machine, you should be looking to either whoever sold the thing to you or perhaps your household insurance to cover those consequential losses.0
