Claim Form after PCNs, DRP

Hi, I took everyone's advice and ignored all of the DRP threats, UKPC PCNs and now I have een issued an official Claim Form from the Country Court Business Centre. They have added both court fees and legal representative fees to the original amount claimed. What do I do now? Do I pay? Slightly on edge as I have my final…

As Redx says, you do not get any black mark AT ALL on your credit rating. Your credit rating would only be affected if you had a CCJ which you didn't pay - i.e. you would have to lose in court then refuse to pay within 28 days...

Not going to happen, is it?
