Blog preview image not showing on Twitter

I've recently set up a self hosted blog using Wordpress.org. When I try to tweet the URL I get the preview text but the image does not show. I've tried using a Twitter card plugin but it's still not working. Does anyone have any ideas? I originally had my blog on Wordpress.com and it worked then as you can see below:
