Ebico no price reduction.
Just been on the phone to Ebico to increase my gas payments, while I was on asked them about price reductions and the answer. They reduced the gas and electric one in March and the other in April. As we only started with them in March we were unaware of this. They are going into the telphone service now as well.

From posts on here I understood that their last price change was in September.
Could that have been a Southern Electricity rep you were talking to?(they handle the accounts) and they were mistakenly referring to Southern Electricity tariffs?0 -
The last change was last september, it was definately southern who lowered their prices around march.
