Could it be 8?
If you count down the columns, the total increases by 3 each time. E.g. for the first column it's 1+9+5+2+3 = 20. The 2nd is 23, 3rd is 26, 4th is 29. Following that logic the 5th column should total 32 (29 from the previous column + the 3 increase). If you add up the rest of the given numbers in that 5th column you get 24. 32-24 = 8. Ergo, I think 8 is the answer. I hope... it's pretty hard to think at nearly 2.30a.m. lol.0
