Reclaim success with Lloyds Filled in the template on Resolver on Thursday aftertnon,missed a call from Lloyds Friday evening,rang back this evening to be informed my complaint had been upheld,for an account that was closed in 2006

I too filled in the online Resolver template. I had in the past a gold account for which I had no dates or account numbers and a Platinum account which I just had the minimum details. I did this last week and Lloyds called me on Thursday last week twice but I missed them. They then sent me an email with a PIN number to get through to the person handling my case. Rang them this evening and was told I was getting a cheque for £1300. £800 for one account and £500 for the other. I had all my reasons for misselling written down but wasn't asked anything I was told they were upholding it and a cheque and letter of explanation would be with me soon0
