Creditcard deal advertised on your site not being honoured

Hi There,
I signed up for a credit-card via MSE website / affiliate link.
I chose the deal only because of an Avois point bonus of c10k for signing up.
Upon checking my points recently (over 6 months after signing up) I noticed there was no bonus or any points.
I complained, they realised their mistake and re-instated the points that I accrued from spending but denied any knowledge of the bonus.
They don't accept it was ever offered and was not in the T&Cs and are understandably hiding behind T&Cs. Basically saying its my fault. And MSE's fault, but not theres.
It adds injury to insult, becase the general level of service of this bank has been woeful and I regret getting an account with them. Now realising the very reason I signed up is being denied is - well anger making.
It absolutely did say a large bonus, becase the deciison came down to this brand and a virgin brand whihc has 20k bonus and I opted for a slightly smaller one because it has double points on Amex as well.
They now say, it was only double points - tough luck.
How can I contact MSE to see what was offered at the time of my signing up?
Do I have any recourse at all?
Thank you,
Best,
