Creaking celing

Afternoon all,
Was looking for some advice around the above.
Our bedroom celing creaks really badly when it's windy (and sometimes when it isnt).
As our roof was a state we presumed it was due to that so had a whole new roof put on however this hasn't made any difference at all.
Anyone came across this before?
