Rift Tax - any suggestions?

I've heard a lot of people talk about claiming 'rift tax' for work expenditure such as work clothes, mobile bills (if using personal phone for work purposes) etc.
From a quick look online - having Googled 'rift tax' - it looks like a company that will put in a claim for you.
Has anyone had any experience or have any knowledge of this?

You can do this easily yourself. No point paying someone else.
