I am wondering if anyone has had dealings with the company. We took a loan out x amount of years ago and accepted an offer to settle it. Recently out of nowhere we get notification of a court date and pending charge on the house by arrow global. We attempted to get information from citifinancial- recorded delivery letter etc and received no response. In the end we had to pay the amount which we already believe was paid because of time lapsed couldnt find info on it. Now i would like to go after the company for PPI but if they wont respond to communication how do i go about it . Thanks

Did you default on the loan originally, as its not clear what you mean by accepting an offer to settle it?
Have you any paperwork eg loan agreement, any bank statements showing direct debits to Citi and cheque payments when you settled?0
