The only way to resolve it is to change to a single meter, either single rate or E7 multi rate.0

Thanks for your reply but Scottish Power will not change my all electric supply to just one meter. My meters are for Comfort Plus Control and Comfort Plus Control: Heat Charge. Looks like I am super glued to Scottish Power!0

The CMA have proposed that all suppliers should be able to support any complex meter set up by taking a total of all metered consumption and billing it at one of their standard (single) rate tariffs.
Give it 6-12 months and you should be able to swap.0
