Boiler issues quote

Hey, I'm new to this part of the forum but was hoping for a little advice.
My boiler isn't working very well and I've been told that the issues are caused by sludge. As such this plumber has said I need the system drained, a new water pump (mine seems to be dying), a new heat exchange plate and has recommended I get a Magna Clean installed.
They have quoted me £873.61...which has made me gulp more than a little bit. Is this a fair quote?
