This prize draw is open to UK residents
(England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland)
aged 18 and over except employees and the immediate families
of McCormick, BBC Good Food, Immediate Media,
Starcom MediaVest, their agents or anyone
professionally connected with this prize draw.

3. A Facebook account is required in order to participate in this prize draw.
This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed,
administered by, or associated with Facebook.

4. The prize draw opens at 9.00am 18th April 2016 (the "Opening Date")
and closes at 12.00pm 18 May 2016 (the "Closing Date").
Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

5. There is a maximum of 3 entries per person.
No third party or bulk entries will be considered.

6. To enter the prize draw, participants must be a fan
of the Schwartz Flavour Your Way Facebook page (until the winner is announced).
You must upload a photo of your ‘Spring Loves Herbs’ recipe dish
with your chosen Schwartz Herb (the Schwartz Herb Jar must be visible in the shot)
and upload your competition photo entry with the
hashtag #springlovesschwartz to Schwartz Facebook page.
The entries must be family appropriate.
Any entries which are offensive, cruel or contain profanities will be
removed and disqualified.
Any participant who does not provide all required details will be disqualified.

7. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for entries
which are incomplete, delayed, corrupted, damaged,
wrongly delivered or not received for whatsoever reason.

8. The winning entrant will be selected at random after the closing date.
The winner will receive a luxury food hamper worth £250rrp.
The hamper contains a range of Schwartz herbs and spices,
plus baking goodies.

9. If it becomes apparent that either a participant,
whether person or household, is using any means to circumvent these
conditions such as, and without limitation, using multiple Facebook accounts,
acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter
or otherwise acting in violation of these terms,
these entries will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void and forfeited.

10. To ensure fairness and the integrity of the prize draw to all participants,
the Promoter will not enter into discussions regarding the running of this
prize draw via Facebook,
but will respond to questions via [EMAIL="schwartzcookingclub@gmail.com"]schwartzcookingclub@gmail.com[/EMAIL] by 12pm (noon)
18 May 2016.
Any entrant posting or seen to be posting comments on the
Promoter’s Facebook page or elsewhere during the prize draw that are
considered bullying, spiteful or upsetting to other contestants and fans of
Schwartz Flavour Your Way or directly aimed at the Promoter,
will have their comments removed and will be disqualified from the prize draw.
The Promoter reserves the right to alert Facebook to any
such behaviour and the participant may have his/her
Facebook account frozen pending investigation.

11. The winner may be required to provide ID in the name and address
of the participant who has entered the prize draw.
Failure to do so may result in prize entitlement being withdrawn.

12. The winner will be notified by a post on the Schwartz Facebook page
requesting they contact the Promoter via private message within 28
days of closing date.
If the winner cannot be contacted within a further 14 days,
the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and
will award the prize to a back-up drawn at the same time as the original.

13. The Promoter’s decision in any matters relating to this prize draw
is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this prize draw you accept these terms and conditions.

14. It is a condition of entry that the winner will be required to
take part in post-promotion publicity with no further recompense.

15. The winner’s name and county will be available
28 days after the closing date for a period of three months.
