Card Protection miss -sold by British Telecom

Can i claim against British Telecom, and does anybody have contact details ,have contacted Financial Ombudsman service ,but no help
current scheme only operates with 11 high street Banks and credit card issuers

    You can complain to British Telecom if they mis-sold you PPI, just as you can complain to any provider. However, what card is the insurance protecting and how long ago did you hold it?
