Can i claim against British Telecom, and does anybody have contact details ,have contacted Financial Ombudsman service ,but no help

You can complain to British Telecom if they mis-sold you PPI, just as you can complain to any provider. However, what card is the insurance protecting and how long ago did you hold it?0
