Domain Name and Outgoing Email

I've started a new thread because although related, it's a different issue.
I have my domain name - I purchased a years website hosting with 123-reg and it gave me two 'personal' mail boxes. I have named them:
info@companyname.co.uk and terri@companyname.co.uk.
I didn't pay anything extra for these mailboxes, it came with the hosting. I have put a forward on the mailboxes and this is working fine - the email is forwarded to my ISP email which I view in Outlook 2013.
Now my issue is, I want to have outgoing email addresses, ie 'info@companyname.co.uk etc'.
In outlook I have tried changing the 'from' box to the email address but it doesn't work. The email still shows my regular email address, ie terri@outlook.com.
I'm sure there must be a way round this and I'd be grateful for advice. I really don't fancy having to upgrade to 123-reg business emails :-(
Many thanks for any help

Sounds like you have only forwarded your emails from your web server email to your outlook. You would need to get the smtp server details or the pop details and set it up in outlook in order to send emails I think0

Follow the instructions for your email client and you should be sending in no time.Laters

I did actually have the email addresses as forward only. I've now set the email accounts up as mail boxes on 123-reg and have followed the instructions on 'How to set up email with Microsoft Outlook' but their instructions don't seem compatible with my set up. I have Microsoft Outlook 2013.
It tells you to :
Step four: Make sure Internet E-mail is selected and then click the Next button.
The above option isnt available for me, the only options I have are
Microsoft Exchange Server or compatible service; or
Outlook or Exchange ActiveSync compatible service; or
Pop or IMAP
I'm playing around trying various options but don't seem to be getting anywhere :-(0 -

Well I never! It's all working ok. On my third attempt (working down the list of options), it all worked fine when I selected the Pop or IMAP options.
Thank you to everyone who has helped me, it is very much appreciated.0
