Terms and Conditions.

By entering the Competition, Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to participating in the Competition. By participating in the Competition each participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
• The prize is a 7 night stay for two at Loews Hotel Miami Beach on a room only basis, including return economy flights with Virgin Atlantic, and 2x £250 hush vouchers.
• The winner will be picked by an employee of hush on the 6th June 2016. If there is no response from the competition winner within two weeks of said communication, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner.
• The Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over excluding employees and the families of the Promoter and associated companies including Virgin Holidays or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the Competition. The competition is open from 1st May 2016 and closes 5th June 2016
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Entrants and to disqualify any Entrant if they have reasonable grounds to believe the Entrant has breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
• The holiday prize is subject to availability and standard booking terms and conditions, for full details please see https://www.virginholidays.co.uk. Economy flights provided as part of the prize cannot be upgraded and air miles cannot be collected.
• Travel insurance and transport to and from the airport in the UK are not included. There is a daily resort fee that will be charged to your room. Additional nights or adults will be charged at standard retail flights and accommodation rates. The flights and accommodation must be taken in one trip. Both hotels and flights are subject to availability.
• The holiday must be taken by 31 December 2016 and excludes travel over Easter, Thanks Giving, Christmas and New Year. The Winner must provide three travel dates for consideration when redeeming the certificate stay. Blackout dates apply.
• The Prize is non-transferable, non-endorsable, non-refundable and non-negotiable. There are no cash alternatives and the Promoter’s decision is final and it cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
• Once dates are confirmed there will be an administration fee payable by the Winner for any changes made to the reservation by the Winner.
• If the Winner cancels the booking the Winner shall no longer be eligible for any Prize.
• The Winners and their guests are solely responsible for their own passports, visas, insurance, any vaccinations or other travel costs or expenses not expressly included in the Prize (including but not limited to spending money, tips and domestic transport).
• The Prize is also subject to booking availability of Virgin Holiday’s and the airline’s standard terms and booking conditions.
• The Winner accepts that the Promoter will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use his/her name and county of residence for the purposes of announcing the prize. By entering, winners agree that if they win they will participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by The Promoter or its agencies.
