    Surely if they approached you they can offset the bonus you will lose as a % increase in salary.

    Perhaps someone with more experience than me can provide more advice?

    They said on Friday no negotiations so to try again may just make things worse.

    The recruiter from the company got back to me today to advise that they have reached out to the company with the intention of coming back with an improved offer.
