Concern Worldwide payment errors

The charity Concern Worldwide has advised that it has taken payments of 100 times the usual amount from 24,700 UK donors in error, and has recommended that those affected should contact their bank to reclaim the payment through the Direct Debit Guarantee to ensure the fastest return of the money.
