Direct Line / Fitbit Flex offer

In February, I bought home insurance from Direct Line, through MoneySavingExpert's link (on the Cheap Home Insurance page) for a free Fitbit Flex. I followed all the conditions to the letter, and also spoke to them on the phone with a question, but went back online for the actual purchase. The person I spoke to knew all about the Fitbit offer and agreed with me that I was doing it all correctly.
I can't find anything about this offer now, though I've searched the site and forums every way I can think of.
My question is - I made a note "60 days". But should I have received the Fitbit Flex within sixty days, or not until after sixty days from purchasing the insurance? (Not until after makes more sense, as it stops me just qualifying and then quitting their policy. But my scribbled note actually says "by 60 days".) It didn't occur to me to print out the details of the offer; I couldn't know it was going to vanish!
If within sixty days, it's late. I phoned Direct Line on Friday and spoke to two people (one in sales) who knew nothing about this offer. The sales person went away to ask someone else, and then told me to contact MSE since it was their offer, not Direct Line's. Not the impression I had, but what would I know?
So I'm asking. How should this work?

Thank you! I didn't think of just googling, I was looking specifically on this site. The T&Cs on that link give me a phone number to get in touch - and it is late arriving.0

Could you please post the tel no.
I'm having exactly the same problem but I am having difficulty accessing the web link."Happiness is not the absence of problems but the ability to deal with them"0 -
In the event of any queries relating to this offer, please contact MLP on 01565 831130.0

Thank you. Will contact them tomorrow."Happiness is not the absence of problems but the ability to deal with them"0

I checked a detail in the T&Cs, too (at that link): making a change to the policy details doesn't affect eligibility to receive the Fitbit Flex. At least, the T&Cs tell you to phone Direct Line about that rather than MLP, and they say nothing about it changing your eligibility. So if this applies to you don't be fobbed off.
Not that they would necessarily try to fob us off - I haven't phoned yet as it's a bank holiday. Just thinking though.0 -
I have not received mine either. I purchased this insurance on line on February 10th on line as instructed and through the 'fitbit' offer link. When I phoned them after 60 days they said it would be sent. I have not received anything!!0

Did you all get your fitbit? I haven't got mine...there has been answer on that MLP telephone number.0

Hi,
If anyone is still awaiting the Fitbit, can you please email insurancehelp@moneysavingexpert.com and include your policy number with the start date.
This will help us investigate the issue and hopefully resolve the matter.0
