Anyone Applied for a renewal Passport in the last couple of weeks ? Have you got it yet just wondering how long it will take?

Did ours a month or so back. The timing was a little uneven. Some came back in a couple of weeks, one took nearer a month.
But timing will vary with season, I suspect the closer you get to the holiday period, the longer it will take.0 -

If you use the Passport Express service to the Passport Office from An Post then it should be turned around in around 11-12 days.0

It's available at the main post office in Belfast. The big city centre one.
Looking at the website the offer the service in most of the northern post offices.0 -
UK or ROI?
If UK, I posted my parents renewals on a Thursday and they received their new ones on the following Tuesday. I didn't use any express service just stuck them in the envelope provided, they received an acknowledgement on the Saturday and both the renewed passportson the Tuesday. Excellent service. This was last week.0
