Email Sending from Outlook 2013 but not receiving.

Hi

I just don't know what I have done wrong. Have set up all the email accounts which I want in the one place, ie, in Outlook 2013.

I can send email from all of the accounts, but the actual email that has been sent to the addresses is just sitting on the actual server - ie, to see the sky email, I have to log into the Sky account. Sort of defeats the object :-(

Any advice would be appreciated.

Is this related to your other thread about setting up email accounts? When you created the account did you set it up as IMP or POP? During the setting up procedure did you use the "Test Account Settings" button? What happened?

Yes, it is related.

Set up as Pop3. Yes, I did use the test button and all tested correctly.

If I send an email 'from within outlook 2013', to one of the other email accounts I have set up 'within outlook 2013' the message arrives both in Outlook 2013 and on the original server.

However, any emails that are not created from 'within Outlook 2013' only reach the original server, ie SKY.

Headache sorted. I subscribed to Microsoft ASSURE - 95 for the year. Issue was I was putting in the same port numbers but they were different as from different email providers.

Thankfully, I now have all my emails in the same place.
