Hi, just hoping someone can help me... I've been looking online everywhere for some information, but couldn't find anything... Hw can I reclaim my last 3 years income tax? I know it's possile, I just don't know where to start. I reaaly hope someone can help me out, because I really need to do this urgently.

Thanks in advance.

You can claim any overpayment of income tax by writing to your tax office.

I don't think that leaving the country makes you eligible for a tax refund. I believe you can ask for a refund if you leave the country part way through the tax year and do not intend to return, but even then you would only be entitled to perhaps a partial refund, not everything you have paid.

Thats really not how is works

As the above poster states ~ if you are leaving the country before April 5th 2008 you will be able to claim a portion of tax paid since April 6th 2007 depending on your earnings!!

That is even funnier than ryansace's argument for paying no taxes! :p:p:p
