    Welcome to the devious workings of Npower. I signed up about 18 months ago to SoL 4, and whilst technically I am still on that tariff my actual prices have been increased to just about the same as their standard tariff.
    Another thing about Npower is that they have effectively had virtual 12 months contracts for some time because the £80 Dual fuel and DD discount is only paid after 12 months (Atlantic also do this).
    Watch my ID change to "notbritishgas or npower" ! Could soon have the longest ID in history.
