Vodafone, useless at communication.

Had a look at my credit report to discover that it had dropped, which surprised me as I had done nothing to affect it.
Looked at the financial side to discover that there are 2 late payments showing for Vodafone. This relates to a rolling 30 days which I took out, but was subsequently taken over by my employer as we needed a temporary sim for an alarm on a site.
I called Vodafone to find out what the issue was, DD had been cancelled, ok will resolve this at work, but they couldn't tell why they didn't contact me to let me. We sent you a text, it's an alarm, won't get one, why didn't you write? Can't answer that.
However, they were damn quick to get Fredricksons to contact me.
When I was put through to cancellations, they desperately tried to sell me different packages as "you are a loyal customer ". For some reason they were surprised when I told them that I have my mobile account with a different provider and I wouldn't use Vodafone even if my life depended on it.:mad:
