Vanquis telephone call

Can anyone else who has applied and been nominally accepted , then telephoned, remember what they asked you. apart from for your direct debit details?

I have neve been phoned by any credit card provider to confirm any details.

If you get a call you need only answer questions honestly - this should not be a problem?

Be proactive and phone them and that way your answer will come from the horses mouth.

I would never answer any financial questions/give any financial information over the phone, least of all to someone who rang me.

Sorry I did not make myself clear. I was only suggesting you phone them and not I had ever phoned them. Its not a card I have ever wanted or held.

I applied decision was referred. They called to go through my application and the application was approved over the phone. Hope that helps.

I applied a few years back and was approved. Couples of days later I got a call on my work number asking me to confirm I made the application, I said yes and they said you have been approved and the card will be with me in the next 10 days.

Vanquis call everyone who is accepted what's with all this crap from members who are supposed to be helping? OP phone call is normal comfirm your details that is all
