Always pleased to support anyone with great customer service.
My 19" TV/DVD combo failed within 5 year extended warranty. Richer Sounds Oxford sent it away but it was uneconomical to fix.
As they no longer do 19" sets with DVD, they gave me a Samsung 22" TV + a separate Sony Blue Ray player + and HDMI cable.
Always helpful and polite and why I always go back!
Just one techy word of warning. I doubled my 19" TV up as a PC monitor as it had a VGA port. However the Samsung 22" only has HDMI ports so I had to buy a VGA to HDMI converter off Amazon.
Please be aware that many HDMI/VGA cables and adapters only go FROM HDMI TO VGA so I bought this which only goes from the VGA PC to the HDMI monitor:
