If they have sent you details of a third person, they may be in breach of the DPA. It you can send the details to the third party they may be able to make trouble for the PPC, perhaps even get them fined.
I find that a good way to trace people is via 192.com.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

No probs - always easier when the driver hasn't been admitted so you started it and I finished it. Teamwork!
