Cannot Find PPI claim Template Letters Anymore

Hello everyone,
I have previously claimed PPI from Barclays £1600 and Abbey £1263 :T . I have had confirmation that I had PPI on my Dorothy Perkins card which I took out a month after being signed off work for clinical depression(I have copies of my sick notes for the following 8 months)
I now cannot find the template letters that i had used previously for my other claims, are they still on the site?
