"may have to" is the key there.

Depends on when and IF you pay it back.

Indeed. But it would be bad advice to say that a "LTD company can lend a director the money to buy a car at a nominal interest rate" without pointing out that 'may have to'.

    Got it?

    That's even worse.:)

Not mentioning something you didn't know about is just a mistake. Not mentioning something you did know about would be, well, what are your trying to do, deliberately mislead someone?

!!!!!!. Would you EVER get over yourself?

The O/P asked for options. He was given various options which he can further research and discuss with his accountant.

There are tax implications for business leasing but i didnt see you jump on that?

There are also tax implications for taking a 45p per mile payment too. Did you jump on that?

Some mentioned VAT qualifying cars. Did you jump on that?

Some else mentioned the business buying a car outright. There are accounting implications with that. Did you jump on that?

No, so !!!!ing draw a line and move on.

    Look in the mirror.

All I did was point out something that you failed to mention.

You are the one that won't move on.

When you're trying to be inflammatory and put "Got it?" and then questioning if i was giving deliberately misleading information, then i will of course, exercise my right to reply.

You wouldnt get on like that with a stranger down the pub, so dont do it here.
