Lots of payments to me....

Found out I won my first dispute.

Result of that was anything claimed from me has been used against the second overpayment.

I haven't heard from my second dispute for the second overpayment.

However.... Today I have 3 large payments from HMRC.

One for working and child tax credits.
One for child tax credits.
And one from HMRC ERP (what is this)

Totals around 700. I'm paid weekly and obviously don't get that much!


Does anyone know why this may have happened? I'm speculating I've won the second dispute but that the paperwork is behind. Can't get through to tax credits office for love nor money.

I'm not going to touch it until I know but any thoughts? Thanks

No idea without knowing anything about your claim.

Could be money you are now entitled to. Could be money that has been used toward your overpayment that's now been cancelled. No way for us to know what it exactly I'm afraid.
