Yearly running cost difference between A++ & A+++ fridge/freezer?

Hello all,

I am buying a new fridge freezer. Seen two lovely ones - one is £100 more than the other but is A+++ energy rated. The cheaper one is A++. Is it worth buying the more expensive one now and the savings over the years actually make it cheaper? What is the difference in running costs between the two ratings?

Thanks!

    A++ could be more economical than an A+++ in some cases, but you are best reading the average kw/year and working out the costs from that.

    Do you have make/model for each unit?
