Every time I go on holiday I buy a Whatcar? to read. When I was on Easter holidays I was reading the April 2016 edition. There was a triple test won buy the Nissan Qashqai. The best tip for saving money they had was 'Your Vehicle Excise Duty Tax has probably crept up over the years, so at some point it might make sense to trade in your car for a new one.' Well it made me laugh.
