I am buying roof lantern as below:
http://www.sterlingbuild.co.uk/product/vented-lanterns/sterlingbuild-fixed-vented-flat-roof-lantern-roof-window-100x200cm
What options to go for please?
Electric opening?
Temperature and rain sensor, sounds good, but are they of any practical use?
Double glazing or triple glazing?
Thanks

Will there be a mains feed anywhere near the window if you select the electric opening? Is the window easily accessible from the ground or using a window pole for opening closing. If it rains and the window is open, will it damage whatever is within reach of the window. No answers but some questions to ask to help you decide.0

New extension so I can tell builder for power supply.
Yep thought about rain etc and auto closing will be good.
I will go for these options.
Any good recommended online place for these lanterns please?0 -
I would rather have electric opening (convenient and cool) than triple glazing (only a marginal difference in efficiency).
If you're spending all that money go for it and give it the wow factor.0
