Packaged Bank Account Reclaim Success!

My daughter-in-law was paying for a packaged bank account at Barclays for 10+ years without ever using the benefits. She was given no choice of accounts when she opened it. I persuaded her to remove the charge about 6 weeks ago and then I put in a claim for her via 'Resolver'. Yesterday she received £994 in her account!! It was so easy - just one letter and one downloaded document, which were sent by 'Resolver' directly to Barclays complaints. She is over the moon. Many thanks Martin and 'Resolver' - keep up the good work.

Well done Pen. I have just filled form via Resolver 5 mins ago as I have been paying for Barclay a/c since 2008, even though I cant remember what was said or agreed at the time, but I would have only agreed on the assumption I would get the overdraft as never used the insurances My a/c was took over from Woolwich when they went but I think the charges started a year or 2 after that. , I am hoping I will be lucky too.

I had a package bank account with Lloyds in 2001-2003, complained online direct to them in February 2016 that i was mis sold it and 5 days later got £929 paid into my account and they admitted i had been mis sold! It is never too late!
