Goodmans Freeview Plus Box

I am getting a very annoying message "New Services Added" every couple of minutes on my tv. I have tried re-tuning the box etc but it still keeps coming up. Went on to Goodmans help and they want payment for answering a question about their own product! Thought someone on here might have had the same problem and have an idea how to get rid of it. Fingers crossed.

I have pressed OK but nothing ever happens. It usually updates itself and gives me this message when it is done but this time I just cant get rid of it.0
