I am self employed and have to submit copies of my self assessment taxes for inclusion in my IVA proposal.

Do I need to submit every piece of documentation eg receipt book, all receipts and all bank statements showing every business payment or purchase to support the figures on the spreadsheet as if the HMRC wanted to look through my books?

Would the creditors go through my accounts with a fine tooth comb or just be looking to see that I could afford to pay a certain amount into the IVA?

I don't have an accountant and have always done my self assessment myself. I can't find receipts for everything business related.
