I might suggest if I may that you take a step back ......
this forum is totally run by a small number volunteers ......
it is a busy forum ......
the people who advise find it hard to keep up with all posts ....
4 days is a very small time gap for posts ....
some OP's never come back at all ...:(
Umkomaas is by far one of the most knowledgable on this forum ....
please have a read through the newbies thread
