Hi,
Just wondering does anyone know of a way to guarantee speaking to a UK representative for BT? Have a convoluted problem with billing and connectivity and was really struggling when trying to explain and make progress when speaking to someone abroad.

0800 number on the bill always seems to get callcentre in Scotland. YMMV.0
