Clearscore accuracy?

Options
Hi All

According to the Clearscore website it gets it's data from Equifax. I have just done my standard 6 monthly statutory £2 report with Equifax. I know I have an old default on there that is just over 4 years old, but this default is not showing up with Clearscore in my account overview. With Clearscore it shows as a closed account and it states on the overview I have no defaults.

Anyone else noticed inaccuracies like this?

Yes I have a default from 2011 and that is down as closed with no info of the default.
  • So I'm not the only one.

Slightly misleading, looks like they still have a bit of work to do then. Just goes to show it is worth spending the £2 just to keep an eye on things.

ClearScore is nonsense, they've only now found 2 hard searches from E.ON that showed on Experian when it originally happened and apparently this is a negative despite it happening in Oct last year. I'd take whatever ClearScore say with caution.
