I chose to return something for a refund and dropped it off at Collect+ this morning. My receipt is timed at 6.30 a.m.
I have received an email from Amazon at 7.09 a.m. that my refund has been processed.
By way of contrast, I returned faulty goods to Humax, receipt acknowledged by them, advised that my refund will take 10 days!

Amazon are superb. I'd rather they pay minimal tax and get excellent CS than it go to the Govt so they can p*ss it away on foreign aid or HS2.0
