You can contact Kensington Mortgage Company and ask for a statement showing both debits and credits on the account or you will apply to Court and get the Court to Order a Statement of both Debits and credits applied to the account as was ordered by Hastings Court on 13 June 2018. You will be surprised the number of charges it shows: £50/month arrears fees, despite having an arrangement; Field Agent Costs - despite never seeing one; Property Insurance - despite having my own comprehensive insurance and providing certificates; Solicitors costs up to £17,612.98 in a day, £41,000 in a year. You will then see what your £15,000 went on.
There are so many complaints at the moment, a possible Treasury Committee Inquiry, an FCA supervisory investigation, a fraud investigation and in all likelihood another fine, you will probably get compensated.

I’ve made a petition –!will you sign it?

    My petition:
Stop Mortgage Lenders charging unfair & excessive charges and Solicitors costs
Unscrupulous Mortgage Lenders like Kensington Mortgages and their Solicitors, collude to excessively charge solicitors costs to vulnerable people knowing they cannot challenge or complain. This is despite many Lenders previously being fined by the FSA / FCA for unfairly charging those in difficulty.
Walker Morris Solicitors charged Kensington Mortgage Company which then charged an account being paid for by a lone mother of 5 children who was charged £17,612.98 on 18/11/13 to attend Court on 24/09/13 to seek an order for a single £1100 missed monthly plus the agreed arrears arrangement of £350. Despite receiving 11 months of the £1405/month in the previous 12 months. The preparation charges for this hearing were £20,789.64 in the previous months. Charging a total of £38,402.62 in 10mths.

I am not on this site daily like you and other 'defenders' perhaps you are retired or your company allows daily post 's on this site. I do NOT stir up discontent on this site so your comments are pathetic.

I post from my own personal experience with obtaining refunds from Banks/credit card companies.

    And your experience is ?

The problem is, you don't provide any useful information, just vague insinuations about people getting refunds without showing a proven step by step guide

Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

I post on this forum when i see you and the usual daily posters giving wrong information.

I and many others can give you ball by ball accounts of refunds unfortunately because of the banks/credit
card companies requiring non disclosure this is not possible.
And the reason for the banks/ credit card companies non disclosure / ?
You and your other defenders can see further on :-

No, you post when you see information you don't agree with, not incorrect information. You repeatedly demonstrate you don't understand how UK law works (such as how precedents are set), how the OFT works etc

Your links on CAG always end up with NDA with no information what was agreed but you assume it's a win without evidence - that's how weak your posts are!

This is all irrelevant however, please provide publicly, information on how to complain about Kensington Mortgages arrears / fees so people can verify you are giving legitimate information
