Decorating my Flat

I need to get my front room decorated and would like to know how much i should expect to pay for the work.
It has very high ceilings, with coving. The coving has cracks and the wallpaper on the ceiling needs sticking back up. Below the dado rail is wall papered which i want to keep although under the bay window needs repainting too.
All the skirting and Dado rails need repainting and the walls need repainting. The room measured about 6m x 4m and the ceilings are about 12-15ft.
Can anyone give me some advice?

You need to get several quotes from handymen and decorators (check local rag, newsletter).0

I'm guessing there is three days work in it to get it done properly.
£4-500 plus paint for a decorator. A general handyman may be cheaper.You can pick your friends and you can pick your nose but you can't pick your friend's nose.0
