Take some photo's of the land and post them to yourself. The envelope should come back with a date stamp on, don't open it, keep it some where safe should you ever need it.0

Also look at surrounding properties on Google Earth, see if anyone else has done what your planning, maybe have a word with them?0

what is the point of this? can you not jst find a 10 year old envelope somewhere lying around and then claim you received this letter 10 years ago??
for compelling evidence you probably want to make the photo into a postcard and then send it to yourself RM will datemark the postcard with no doubt about gthe authenticity of the datemark in relation to the photo.
make sure your postie isn't as incompetant as mine and regularly posting letters to the wrong box. if they send the postcard through the wrong door that could create problems.0
