How will this debt reflect on my credit file

Hi all,
I have just settled a debt from approx 4.5 years ago. The original lender was sky (tv), the "current" creditor is MEIV limited and the debit was chased by Cabot. (£123.50)
The sky account never appeared on my equifax credit report and still doesn't to this day. Cabot has shown up in searches, but nothing else.
My question is, will this "satisfied" debt now pop up on my credit report?
In addition to this, they have spelt my name wrong since chasing this debt and my name is wrong on sky's database (one extra letter on my last name)
Much appreciated for any comments/advice, I'm in the middle of a mortgage application so im very stressed about this at the moment.

Hi there,
There are 3 credit files so it is possible this debt may be showing on Experian or Call Credit instead of Equifax. The debt should show 6 years from the date of default and should now have a status of settled. It is the creditors responsibility to report accurate information to the credit agencies.
The misspelling of your surname wouldn't change any this and just seems to be an admin error from what you have described - don't worry.
