Seen the disability person at the JC today and she has at my request sent my details to Remploy . Have you been through this process and if so how did you find it?

Whatever expectations you may have of remploy, reduce them by a factor of 10!Don’t be a can’t, be a can.0

I seen the disability person at the Jobcentre and she was pointless other than send me to Remploy. Starting to realise what people mean by the JC don't help much at all. All for the front page.
Was hoping Remploy would be great as they deal with mental health.0 -
Had a voicemail from them today saying I NEED to meet tomorrow for the paperwork to be done. Her attitude was as if I was her child! Might phone her back tomorrow depending on how I feel. She has put my back up with her message this morning! This is the first contact from them.0

How can you read so much about someone's attitude from a voice message? As for "might phone her back tomorrow depending on how I feel", do you not think that sounds childish?
Give her a call and arrange an appointment. Go along with an idea of what help you might need, and keep an open mind. Go in with an attitude and you'll get nowhere.0 -

Maybe she might not be good at voicemails? I know I turn into a weird sounding stumbling version of myself as soon as I start to leave a voicemail!
Please be nice to all moneysavers!

So how serious are you about work or are you just paying lip service to the idea?
You may need to put yourself out a bit to achieve anything. Nothing will be presented to you all wrapped up with a bow on it, you will have to put some effort in.0
