Amazon return process

All the returns have probably been scanned as one return instead of three.
You'll continue to have difficulty with this until their returns depot realise the problem. Send them an E-Mail explaining this.
When I asked originally about the return I asked for 1 returns label and they outright told me theres no problem to put them in one box even when I said "are you sure that won't cause a problem" and was promised no issue will arise.
I put each returns label inside each individual packaging inside the box too, they have just refunded the one that the actual label was for, even if it was confusion there theres no excuse bar bad English skills from the advisors to tell me they understand me when I say all of the items were sent in 1 box then turn round more than once in some chats that I haven't returned the other 2 items yet as they aren't showing as sent.
Then I get mixed promises, some saying the refund will be there in 24 hours with no problems, for that 24 hours to pass to be promised the same again.
Others outright say the item is not processed so thats why refund isn't sent and takes up to 10 working days.
Even been promised they will contact the warehouse for me to get them to authorise a refund and that never happens.
So im gritting my teeth in anger as they aren't doing much but tell me to wait and despite 10 working days long since passed they say they have up to a month to refund.0 -

You will have to just be patient and wait for the returns centre to process each individual item.
It should still get done but just not as quickly as if you had used each address label.
If you don't really return much then you might be able to get someone to make an exception and issue the refund early but they wil be reluctant to as they will have to justify why they are refunding when they have no proof of the return other than you saying you returned items all in one box.0 -
An update they claim there was only 1 item in box and I have to get police involved as they are outright refusing to refund.
Disgusting treatment by Amazon despite me having proof of weight and items being accepted.
What can I say to them now as they are basically saying I never sent item/item was stolen in transit so I have to prove I sent the item and get crime reference numbers! Really angry.0 -
File a report with Action Fraud online and give Amazon the reference number.0

By all accounts Amazon are really cracking down on theft, just report it to the policy and give Amazon the reference number and they will be able to open dialogue with the relevant authorities.
If you don't report it Amazon will assume that you haven't returned these I would imagine.0
