PCM received in Harrow St Georges by UKPC

My wife was parked in ST Georges shopping center last week. Slightly overlapping into the next bay due to Huge concrete bollard on the side and my baby needed to get out.
Some of the back wheel was overlapping into the next bay and most of the front wheel was overlapped. Not great parking from the Wife!
Do i have any grounds, iv never dealt with UKPC, but have with the councils for usual parking tickets.
Any advise will be highly appreciated?
Thank you

UKPC are former clampers who have been involved in quite a number of sordid scams, for example
Hull Trading Standards took them to court on 15 counts of fraud. UKPC won all but one, but only because they had a better lawyer, a Q.C. If I recall correctly
http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=63597
They were bested by a Winchester barrister
http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?377246-UKPC-liable-for-trespass-**SUCCESS**
They were involved in a large scale scam which resulted in a DVLA suspension

Then they had another go, this one is still being investigated

And then of course there was Tracey Kiss

Yes I've seen the newbie three. But really I'm looking for something specific. Anyone been there. Or anyone know what grounds I can appeal on ??
Or should I just pay the £60 ??
My wife bought some items from Next. But now to contact them?? What's it to do with them ??? By the time I get anything from them 14 days will expire and the PCN will be doubled to £120
Thanks0 -
there are two courses of action that should run concurrently
one is appeals to retailers / land owners ....
the second is the formal appeals
UKPC .... as detailed above are cowboys ......
and
can be beaten at POPLA ........
re read the newbie thread re BPA companies .........
and send the blue template in ....
when ........ as is stated .... not before ... not after ........
good luck

Look at other UKPC threads then! HUNDREDS of them this year alone, one thread is just near yours right now.
Anyone been there?...of course, tens of thousands over the years. That's why the NEWBIES thread says what it says.
Please don't ask what grounds to appeal on, do not write an appeal about what happened! Use the template and submit it online on day 26, calling yourself 'registered keeper' on their drop-down menu.
You'd be so much more clued up if you come off this thread in isolation and read other people's ones near yours.Or should I just pay the £60 ??
I am astonished you are even asking. The answer is no. This is UKPC, get wise:

Of course you complain to Next if they are a retailer in this retail park! What's it to do with them? Obviously, the fact you are their customers and they can either cancel this or they can tell you who can (managing agent of the site).
Did you click on 'successful complaints about PPCs' which is one of the first links in the NEWBIES thread? Hundreds upon hundreds of VERY specific cases there, all cancelled by shops and site Managers and landowners.
Loads of threads there, dozens about UKPC spanning many years.By the time I get anything from them 14 days will expire and the PCN will be doubled to £120
No, it is £100.
The 'discount' joke is merely a bribe not to appeal. Forget the 14 days, send the template appeal on day 26. Call yourself the registered keeper on their appeal page.
We know what we are doing by now, almost a decade after this scam started to escalate. You need to realise who you are dealing with - UKPC being a notorious firm as per the newspaper articles from six months ago - and you need to read other threads and learn how to win.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
