I'm not really sure what you're asking ? Simplest way is to go into a carpet shop - either one of the big chains or a local independant - choose the carpets and lino you like, and arrange to have them fitted. Pretty much all shops will arrange for fitting, although the majority don't employ fitters directly, they just have a list of self-employed fitters they use.
The only other option that may be worth considering, if you can contact a fitter directly ( ask friends/neighbours/local Facebook page ), they may be able to source the carpets for you with a bit of a trade discount.0 -

For the last two carpets I had, I went to a local independent carpet company (which also does industrial/office work).
The price on the carpet roll was the price fitted. No hidden extra charges for gripper rods or underlay They used their own fitters.
I really don't like the business model where one company supplies, then puts you in touch with their recommended fitters. If anything goes wrong, who's responsible? If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0 -
Carpet fitters are 50 a penny, it is a job that can be picked up in a couple of weeks with a good teacher, the hardest bit is getting the carpet in the room.
Put an add on your local facebook selling page and gets a few quotes, you wont find a shortage of carpet fitters wanting the work.I do Contracts, all day every day.0
